Senior HSE Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist in ISO documentation, surveillance audit.
• Assist in expanding ISO operation control, develop relevant checklist, flowchart and forms to detail the processes.
• Assist in preparing HSE documents for projects bidding.
• Conduct training to project management team to communicate policy, procedure and control changes.
• Audit outsource fabrication companies locally and overseas.
• Assist in finalising task risk assessment and safety checklists with project HSE lead.
• Work together with Project HSE Lead to ensure the project implementation is in compliance with procedure requirements, employer requirements and expectations and Local / Legal requirements.
• Ensure the implementation of HSE Programs is in accordance with the Project HSE Plan.
• Conduct In-house HSE Training to all construction crew.
• Conduct daily toolbox talk, HSE inspection, monitoring and surveillance, guide construction crew on Project HSE compliance.

• Prepare HSE inspection report and perform monthly project HSE statistical and trending analysis.Be part of the Incident Investigation Team (if required) and follow-up the closure status of action items.

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Engineering or equivalent
• 5 Years Working Experience in HSE field
