As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Strong aptitude for data analysis and manipulation, as well as the ability to work with complex formulas in Google Sheets & Excel
  • Execute on HC activities, related to the People Strategy and assist in the coordination and implementation of HC programs and processes
  • Assist with the Performance Management Review and compensation process
  • Liaise with Accounting, Payroll, Benefits, Resource Management, L&D, HC Managers, other HC Administrators and staff to respond to ongoing queries and issue resolution

MINIMUM YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • +3 years in similar positions
  • Advanced English
