About the Role
As a Senior Human Resource Advisor, you will deliver expert, business focused human resource (HR) management advice, consultancy and support services. You will utilise your contemporary HR and Industrial Relations knowledge to provide practical solutions to enhance business outcomes across a range of complex human resource and change management matters. You will be a compassionate individual, who communicates with influence and respect, to support teams, leaders and clients in a consistent and professional manner. Your collaborative approach will be essential to build rapport and establish strong and mutually beneficial connections.
