Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR advisor to work for a well known manufacturing company in Perth’s Southern Suburbs. This is a permanent opportunity with a mapped out career progression plan, perfect for someone looking to develop their career.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous HR generalist experience is essential, minimum 8 years experience.
- Strong understanding of Industrial Relations
- Prior manufacturing industry (or similar) background is desirable
- Interest in leadership is preferred
- Strong understanding of all the fundamentals of a generalist HR role
- Ability to work both autonomously and part of a team alongside
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Providing advise to employees and management for all HR matters
- Input into IR Matters
- Completing a range of HR tasks
- High Level End to End recruitment and on-boarding
