SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER (8 MONTH CONTRACT)

Education & Experience

  • A minimum of five (5) years generalist experience in a manager or business partner capacity
  • Experience in a fast paced, client service-based business
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related discipline, preferred.
  • Human Resources certifications including CHRP (certified through the HRMA) strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Support and drive change initiatives organizationally
  • Track and report on key HR metrics, analyse the information to make recommendations for continuous improvement operationally and for our associates
  • Continue to make us a Great Place to Work, by driving a great associate experience, investigating employee relations issues and providing through and accurate communication
  • Ensure organizational legislative compliance, through program and policy development,
  • Support effective divisional talent management by advocating for internal promotions and supporting associate growth and development plans.
  • Develop and or ensure implementation and where applicable risk mitigation in relation to effective associate coaching, feedback, recognition, discipline and termination processes.
  • Work in collaboration with local and regional managers on safety activities, including but not limited to: safety committee, safety training, annual training, on-site training and site visits, and recommendations for safe workplace activities and practices.
  • Act as a strategic member of the team aligning operational needs with HR programs and policies
  • Apply tactical experience in supporting the day to day operational requirements.
  • Be a change advocate of technology and or processes that will enhance and improve on business execution

Education & Experience
