Compensation: up to €90k basic plus excellent benefits (pension, bonus, healthcare, 23 days AL, car allowance)

Our client, a leading construction group, is hiring for a Senior HRBP to join their team. This role reports to the HR Director and works closely with senior leaders across the business units on both operational and strategic initiatives. With sustained growth plans, it’s a really exciting time to join a business that supports meaningful success of their people.
The ideal candidate will be both operationally and strategically strong with 5-8 years experience at a senior level and keen to get involved in a task at hand, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role at senior level
- Qualification in HR or related subject, CIPD desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment with stakeholders at all levels
- High energy individual who enjoys a challenge
- Enthusiastic and ambitious with a strong work ethic and flexible work attitude
- Full clean license with ability to work flexibly across multiple locations

Responsibilities:
- Influence, coach and advise stakeholders on all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Ensure effective performance management processes and reviews across the business to enable career development and an effective talent pipeline
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leaders on workforce planning
- Management and resolution of ER/IR issues as they arise, identifying causes and appropriate solutions
- Collaboration with the wider People Team in the development, implementation and maintenance of best practice Polices, in line with employment legislation
- Ad-hoc duties and project work as required
