Description:
Position Overview
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) is embedded in the work of the business groups they support in EMEA and acts as a liaison between the business and HR enablement groups- truly acting as a strategic partner. Works closely with other HRBPs on special projects that provide business impact to team members. Participates in planning of the business group OKRs and roadmap from a strategic people perspective. Expert business acumen for groups and connects the company strategy, business strategy and people strategy. Builds capabilities of peers. Employee partner and advocate. Innovates and produces work that significantly moves the business forward. Collaborates across Human Resources org and with business leaders to develop and implement people initiatives focused on engagement, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
•
Supports multiple global leaders and teams to ensure the use of customer insights in long-term planning (EMEA specifically).
•
Able to articulate how multiple medium-to-long-term investments come together to fulfill customer wants and needs.
•
Team member partner and advocate.
•
Works effectively within the HR team and beyond, supporting teammates and ensuring shared success. Offers feedback and contributes to improving the team’s processes. May take on a leadership role within the team, coordinating efforts on more complex projects.

Supports culture and people needs in M & A due diligence and onboarding.
•
Advanced knowledge of the business group OKRs and roadmap. Strong business acumen for specific groups and connects the business strategy to people strategy.

Helps to define workforce planning needs.
•
Understands HR trends and uses data to forecast, assess & develop new programs in partnership with the other HR enablement groups.
•
Leads cyclical processes for business groups.
•
Has a solid network of external resources to inform on “next practices” that should be adopted/implemented.
•
Is seen as a credible activist by the employees and leaders they support. Fearless feedback champion.
•
Consultant & coach to peers and business partners on strategy and proactively drives information sharing.
•
Advanced understanding of functionality of the HR tools and processes.
Qualifications
•
Demonstrates a deep understanding of HR principles, processes, and technologies. Can tackle more complex tasks independently and successfully. Continuously learns about and adapts to new technologies and best practices and cutting-edge approaches in the industry.

Experience with M&A due diligence and onboarding/ integration of new organizations
•
Knowledge of the UKG HRIS tool and usability.
•
Has broad expertise or unique knowledge of EMEA specific employment law/ rules by region (specifically Germany, Spain, Switzerland, the UK).
•
Uses advanced HR skills to contribute to development of WebPros objectives to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
•
Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation of criteria for obtaining results. Works on significant and unique challenges where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles.
•
Strong business acumen for specific groups and connects the business strategy to people strategy. Helps to define workforce planning needs.
•
Understands HR trends and uses data to forecast, assess & develop new programs in partnership with the other HR disciplines.
