  • Around 5 years+ of experience in HR advisory roles within Legal or Professional Services.
  • Solid knowledge to propel you into a mid to senior Business Partner role.
  • Experience in managing all aspects of the employee experience, with a track record in performance management.
  • Expertise in handling ER and IR issues.
  • A desire to elevate your skills in developing business relationships, gaining trust, and establishing strong connections.
  • Attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to influence effectively.

Responsibilities:

Joining our dynamic People + Culture team means taking a leading role in driving our business forward. As our new Senior Business Partner, you will be a key contact for our largest product line nationwide. Reporting to the Senior P+C Manager, you’ll embrace a true generalist role, actively contributing to the implementation of P+C strategies with a ‘challenger’ mindset.

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the implementation of P+C strategies with a proactive, ‘challenger’ mindset.
  • Providing advice, coaching, and support to mid-senior level employees and Partners in the General Liability product line nationally, acting as a primary point of contact throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Handling Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) issues with expertise.
  • Serving as a vocal advocate for the team, being front and center in key initiatives.
  • Pitching in and getting your hands dirty when needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
