- Maintain knowledge of current human resources practices, systems, industrial instruments, and emerging trends to ensure compliance and recommend continuous improvement.
- Analyse employee data to address individual and broader workforce issues, define risks, and present evidence-based solutions.
- Contribute to human resource capability across the workforce through the design, development, and delivery of training, procedures, guidelines, and resources.
- Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support human resource initiatives.
- Participate in human resource projects and working groups to deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.
