As a part of Talent Acquisition team, the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is to drive talent acquisition efforts by proactively identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier candidates for experienced hire positions across the Advisory, Technical Services and Cities Planning & Design Portfolios within the Australasian business. This role works in close collaboration with Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Mangers and Portfolio Leaders to understand Arup’s strategic goals, and develop effective sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent tertiary education)
- Proven experience in Human Resources with significant knowledge in the following areas: Talent Acquisition, HR/People Operations, Project Management, or related field
- Creative, resourceful, and experience communicating/influencing at all levels of an organisation.
- Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with demonstrated experience in developing and improving processes.
- Proven track record of diversity hiring and ED&I partnership.
