OUR CLIENT IS A LEADER IN THE MANUFACTURING MNC. DUE TO THEIR CURRENT EXPANSION PLAN, THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST, REGIONAL TO JOIN THEIR TEAM, IN HOPES OF DEVELOPING THE CURRENT HIGH PERFORMING TEAM. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE WEST, EASILY ACCESSIBLE.

Responsibility:

• Responsible for full Spectrum of HR and Admin duties such as Recruitment, L&D, on-off boarding, compensation, payroll outsourcing (SEA) and reporting (HR reports and Cost) and other HR matters in local and SEA market
• Collaborate with management to execute company direction with HR activities, HR policies, engagement and other programs
• Responsible for general affairs and office managements
• Work and support regional (SEA) HR manager on strategic HR activities and initiatives, such as Culture, Labour, Hiring, Growth, L&D and Talent Management.
• Responsible for regional HR tactical matters in the Core Areas of Excellence.
• Support regional manager with Analytics Processes, work flow management and maintain electronic or physical documentations
• Any ad-hoc duty as given

Requirement:

• Min Degree in HR or relevant field
• Min 5 years of full spectrum and HR operation experience with at least 2 years regional experience.
• Experience with Workday, BIPO will be added advantage.
