  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and/ or Japanese will be highly preferred to support relevant stakeholders in the region
  • Proven experience in Workday and ServiceNow is essential

  • Proficient in MS office with advanced Excel skills an advantage
  • An understanding of employment law across APAC locations
  • Organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload and meet set deadlines, SLAs and targets

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Human Resources Operations Representative based in Singapore to support the International HR Operations Team. The team are responsible for activities that support the operational efficiency and performance of Human Resources. This is a varied role that will allow you to gain valuable insights on a variety of topics from onboarding to offboarding and all the activities during the employment lifecycle. In this role, you will:

  • Manage queries from initial contact through to closure, managing expectations throughout and ensuring an exceptional client service.
  • Manage daily operational activities, including but not limited to: job changes; starters; leavers; leave of absence; requests for employee data; and document management.
  • Monitor and track information including probations; fixed term contracts; visa expiration; and flexible working agreements; following up with managers to ensure completion of activities within required timeline
  • Partner with the Global Mobility team with expatriate relocation administration and system updates.
  • Liaise with the payroll team to ensure all payment and amendments run smoothly and on time.
  • Actively participate in process improvement discussions and taking responsibility for implementing changes, with the employee experience at the forefront of mind.
  • Support on new hire and termination process.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify operational execution.
