Description:

Responsibilities:

The Role
- Support a variety of change management projects (change management forms 80% of this role)
- Develops and implements strategies and plans for the delivery of human resource management advice
- Maintaining knowledge and understanding of best practice HR tools, methodologies and frameworks to develop and implement across all client groups and enable the achievement of strategy
- Supporting and implementing strategies that promote a positive work culture and an inclusive work environment that actively embraces, values and leverages diversity.
- Developing and implementing communication plans designed to advocate and build awareness of strategic HR initiatives, capabilities and service delivery to stakeholders.
About You
- Prior experience in a ‘business partnering’ environment and managing change management projects.
- Proven experience interpreting enterprise agreements and capable of navigating union dynamics.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR solutions in a large and complex work environment that work towards the organisational and client goals.
- Evidence of experience in successfully deploying a well-developed and balanced generalist HR toolkit including talent management, driving performance, cultural renewal, workplace relations and organisational design.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills and an inherent ability to develop constructiveand meaningful relationships in an environment of complexity, competing priorities and diversity.
