ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role of Senior ICT Business Analyst (BA) plays a strategic role in Lutheran Services’ digital transformation journey. Focusing on the ERP Project, which is about to move into the testing phase, you will:

• Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to bring together current processes
• Work closely with the business to identify and analyse areas for improvement relating to ERP business systems, processes, workflows, and requirements to identify system change considerations and implications
• Utilise structured and proven approaches to move the project into the testing phase ensuring the system build meets future business requirements
• Guide the testing phase in conjunction with the Test Analyst
• Produce clear, detailed documentation relating to future state process maps and business frameworks in line with our Project Management Methodology.

To see you be successful, in this role, you will have completed a bachelor’s degree in IT, business management, project management or equivalent experience in this field. Furthermore you will have;

• Five years’ experience working as a Business Analyst in technology-led transformational projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate well across the organisation
• Confidence in guiding and contributing to the development of system support material
• The ability to work onsite (Milton) and facilitate stakeholder workshops
• Experience in ERP implementations, particularly in TechnologyOne, will be highly regarded
