EXPERIENCE: SKILLS /ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience in the UAE and/or Middle East corporate immigration space
  • Experience in global immigration policies and best practices
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficient in English
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Adaptable to change and works well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data management
  • Efficient time management and organisational skills

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Immigration Consultant to oversee/manage our Dubai and Middle East immigration activity.
As a Senior Immigration Consultant, you are meticulous and organised in your work and take a proactive approach to every aspect of service delivery. As a team member you will contribute with solutions to issues and identify process improvements assisting the appointed manager. In your role and areas of responsibility you demonstrate commercial awareness and work in line and towards K2’s vision of service excellence.
The job role will require you to develop a relationship with K2 Corporate Mobility’s existing clients, proactively managing their immigration needs in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a point of contact for both assignees and HR contacts and be accountable for managing and tracking all aspects of K2’s clients immigration needs, serving as the primary point of contact.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior immigration Consultant will oversee/manage all aspects of immigration case management, ensuring a smooth E2E process, be responsible for handling immigration-related issues with local and international clients, providing immigration guidance, and consulting with clients on immigration best practice.

  • Assess clients’ needs and develop tailored immigration strategies to meet their business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their immigration needs and providing customised solutions
  • Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to provide updates, address inquiries, and resolve issues throughout the immigration process
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the immigration process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and training sessions as needed
  • Management of our partner networks across Dubai and the broader Middle East supporting our client’s needs. This includes ongoing engagement, development and relationship building to improve and develop service delivery
  • Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures, and advise clients accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Maintain organised records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
