About The Role:
Join a dynamic team of Professional Services individuals who help client’s gain more control over their treasury, risk & liquidity operations, and processes. The Senior Implementation Consultant is responsible for project management under guidance from supervisor, leading the design, implementation, configuration and training of the various modules and functions within the Kyriba application. You will help our clients make strategic & informed decisions that help automate processes, reduce inefficiencies & optimize opportunities which can potentially help their bottom line. While becoming proficient in the tools and systems, you will acquire deeper knowledge of treasury systems and risk management methodologies. You will have an opportunity to take on interesting and challenging assignments and work across industries and geographies. You will be involved in project work, business development and other activities including personalized trainings, to help you grow as a consultant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Obtain Kyriba Center of ExcellenceAcademy (COE) certification across various functional & technical modules including advanced modules
  • Work with your manager to develop a personalized training plan for growth to learn new skills & modules
  • Lead solution design workshops with customers
  • Deliver the solution design document (Blueprint) as well as other important documents throughout the project lifecycle based on the exact circumstances of each project
  • Design and deliver innovative solutions based on the client’s business requirements
  • Configure & test solutions/workflow in the client database for various modules
  • Assist customer in testing phases prior to go-live and provide go-live support
  • Lead training sessions and create custom training agendas
  • Lead meetings and drive issues to resolution
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Experts (SME) for resolution on complex designs and solutions
  • Apply Kyriba Implementation Methodology and Project Management best practices to all client implementations
  • Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed based on project plans and progress is tracked in project management software
  • Participate in presales support and project scoping, efforts evaluation activities under instruction and support from your manager
  • Contribute to the professional service communities from both knowledge and skills perspective proactively
  • Ensure timesheets are entered accurately and on-time
  • Maintain a billable utilisation rate of 80%

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • 7-10+ years’ experience preferred in corporate treasury, finance, accounting, treasury management system, Finance system, ERP system implementations, professional services of business or IT consulting or other relevant areasexperience
  • Knowledge in the following functions is a plus: , Financial Transactions, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Hedge Accounting, Risk Management, Cash Management & Forecasting, Connectivity, Payments, FX Exposure Management and ERP Integrations., Financial Transactions, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Hedge Accounting, ERP Integrations & Risk Management
  • Baccalaureate or Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management Information System or relevant work experience
  • Previous experience with implementing TMS, FinTech, SaaS, ERP or Financial Systems is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and enjoys coming up with innovate solutions
  • Critical thinking and out-of-the box solution approach
  • Self-motivated and being able/willing to work independently with minimum supervisory
  • Team player and good at coordinating with colleagues and/or peers outside the organization in a professional, effective and efficient matter
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Experiences in professional service team of big 4 or major IT consulting firms is a plus
