Description:
The Implementation Consultant for ERP Pro is responsible for providing consultative services including but not limited to business analysis and configuration.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience with Case Management and Business Process Management solutions similar to Tyler Technologies’ ERP Pro platform
- Expert at Object Oriented Analysis and Design techniques
- Knowledge of relational database terminology modeling and design techniques
- Extensive experience facilitating formal requirement sessions
- Discovery/Elicitation and Design workgroups
- Able to connect project’s objectives with organization’s strategic goals.
- Able to facilitate large group of multidiscipline participants to agree on common objectives using advanced techniques to brainstorm, reduce conflicts, and identify solutions.
- Expert at eliciting the actual needs of stakeholders, not simply their expressed desires.
- Ability to travel 15% and a valid drivers license
