The Senior Client Implementation Manager is critical to making this happen and will:

  • Manage a team and actively participate in and influence the advancement of the strategic goals for the Implementation business and proposition
  • Manage a portfolio of High Complex Customers / program of work at any given time
  • Drive Project Governance including facilitating Working Groups and Risk workshops to support customer onboarding / or project programs of work like migrations from legacy to new platforms
  • Foster strong client relationships throughout Implementation process and provide exceptional customer service whilst ensuring timely execution of deals
  • Drive project / program deliverables against timeframes in order to meet critical path dates.
  • Support product teams to identify and drive successful outcome to address product/channel capability gaps as well as drive pilot functionality
  • Support Sales as part of driving new business
  • Support Sales, Advisory, product and technical solutions teams to design and implement tailored solutions for customers
  • Support the business by Leveraging data to effectively oversee and guide business operations.
  • Develop new initiatives for improving Implementation banker/ customer experience, reducing cycle time & ensuring knowledge sharing across the team
