If so, the Community Resource Teams (CRTs) at Swansea Bay University Health Board have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Information Analyst and Service Improvement Lead. The individual in this position will play a key role in the planning, development, and delivery of service arrangements to support the CRTs data collation, performance reporting, and project management. They will ensure that a consistent, structured, and fair approach to performance management and contract monitoring is provided.

THE POST HOLDER WILL:

  • Provide timely and accurate information and intelligence for the appropriate Performance and Planning Reporting.
  • Present complex information about activity and quality of care in a clear and understandable format
  • Utilize software to develop automated reporting solutions where applicable
  • Regularly liaise with Senior Managers and support their requests for information through ad-hoc analysis or automated reporting.
  • Conduct validation and quality assurance procedures for all programs developed and information produced, identifying any inconsistencies with data integrity or incomplete/incorrect data, and recommending necessary actions.
    The post holder will ensure the Data function (capture, analysis and reporting) for the service aligns with the Governance framework and fits the model of practice for the service and will;
    Take a lead role in planning, developing and delivering service arrangements to support Neath Port Talbot (NPT) and Swansea Community Resource Teams (CRTs) data collation, performance reporting and project management
    Ensure that the CRTs provide a consistent, structured and equitable approach to performance management and contract monitoring.
    Manage, evaluate and report on the quality of the CRT services through defined and agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    Supporting Health Boards in the development of and reporting on data.
    Enabling of national and local level reporting and self-reporting.
    Analysis, visualisation and reporting of data pertaining to reporting and performance monitoring purposes.
    Performance monitoring of the quality and timeliness of data submissions from provider organisations providing technical support and advice on how to improve these functions.
    Support the development of an approach to continually improve data quality and integrity.
    The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
