Senior Information Security Manager

KEY OBJECTIVES

• Deliver Cybersecurity Risk Assessment for the company Board quarterly

• Choose and procure security vendors, manage vendor relationships

• Manage Information Security vendor budget
• Manage security vendor assessment during the procurement for other departments
• Manage security program rollouts globally
• Manage Liferay’s security training platforms
• Liaise between Information Security and other departments
• Continuously improve Liferay’s security posture
• Streamline the security segment of our prospects’ buying experience
• Represent our security posture on internal and external events
• Oversee security product integration projects
• Review and oversee SOC work to identify gaps in our posture
• Assist with Liferay information security and awareness
• Play an active role in Information Security team
• Assist with information security certification activities
• Assist in the preparation of reports from operational data
• Assist in the the enforcement of organizational development security standards
• Assist with the preparation of providing services to the sales process

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in managing Information Security at a technology company

• Proven success in strategic planning, negotiations, problem solving and process improvements

• Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization

In this role, your challenge will be to reduce the probability of material impact due to a cyber event. For Liferay and for Liferay’s customers.
