The Opportunity
Are you ready for an exciting opportunity? We’re looking for an Senior Information Systems Advisor to join us in Sydney. In this pivotal role, you’ll spearhead the development of essential project tools, including Document Management System, HR Management System, Defect Management Tool, and Completion Tools. You’ll also take charge of managing all deliverables related to Asset Management Information as outlined in the CTP Contract.
The overarching purpose is to identify new technological solutions and to apply them to the overall delivery of major construction projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop collaborative relationships with project personnel and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and authenticity of project data, and promoting a positive work culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and safety.
  • Utilize information management tools like iTWOcx and SharePoint for organizing and managing project information, while staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in construction information management.
  • Monitor and report project data for safety and risk mitigation, and deliver training sessions on information management tools and procedures.
  • Lead by example in promoting work health and safety practices, ensuring compliance with project systems, processes, and standards.
  • Analyze existing HSQES systems, integrate them with other organizational systems for seamless data exchange, and conduct risk assessments to prevent incidents and ensure continuous improvement in HSQES performance.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience on major construction projects (Desirable)
  • Experience in construction information management (Essential)
  • Proven expertise in the use of iTWOcx, SharePoint, 3DSafety, Lucidity, and LinkedSite.
  • Proven understanding of high-level database knowledge
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 products, especially Word, Excel, and Visio
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong desire to learn and openness to feedback and suggestions
  • Capability of contract analysis and interpretation to ensure Asset Management Information requirements are met
