Boeing Supply Chain IT (Information Technology) Systems is seeking a Senior Information Technology Product Manager to join their team in Miami, FL; Plano, TX; Hazelwood, MO; Mesa, AZ; Charleston, SC; or Seattle WA.
The selected candidate will support Enterprise Asset Management ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) product.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 5+ years of experience working on teams and projects that involve cross-functional and/or cross-business domains
  • 5+ years of experience developing and executing IT project plans
  • 5+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
  • 5+ years of experience developing and deploying organizational plans and strategies
  • 5+ years of experience with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile Methodologies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business management, or related.
  • Experience across broad process and architectural landscapes
  • Experience working in cross-functional, multi-level environment with shifting priorities and requirements

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master +7 years’ related work experience, 12 years’ related work experience, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the education of the Business’ senior leadership on IT service offerings and processes
  • Partners with business leaders to align setup business capability roadmaps aligned to business strategic initiatives & goals
  • Collaborates directly with business or function to understand problems or initiatives and represents the business or function within IT at the highest levels to engage the right resources, explores alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time quality
  • Directs the development and execution of communication plans, including status to leadership and to business or function stakeholders
  • Oversees the identification of risks and impacts and coordinates with business or function senior leadership to approve mitigation plans or changes to commitments
  • Provides input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools, and techniques, and ensures alignment to quality management solutions for the business or function.
  • Holds accountability for the dollars spent, funding, and affordability in support of their applicable business unit(s) or function(s)
  • Drives clarity of initiative business value and track business value capture upon implementation and adoption of key initiatives
