Location: Bradford / Hybrid Working (Average of 1-2 day per week in the office - determined by work requirements)
Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week and providing cover 24/7 as part of the standby rota.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Infrastructure Client Engineer to join the Tec IT Operations team at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers. Could this be you?

Our Senior Infrastructure Engineer - EUC will design, develop and maintain effective & efficient infrastructure services used for the delivery of IT solutions across all areas of the Kelda Group.
They will defining best practice use of the infrastructure services, managing detailed infrastructure risks and implementing associated mitigating controls, identifying opportunities to innovate through the existing infrastructure, and contributing to the overall infrastructure strategy enhancing or protecting value and meeting Regulatory and operational requirements.
You will be required to provide 24/7 cover as part of a standby rota.

WHAT SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL NEED:

• Windows 10/11 (all releases) – administration and configuration and ability to create builds, modify 0/S.
• Good knowledge of PowerShell Scripting and other scripting languages
• Experience in Active Directory/Azure AD configuration, administration and design
• Group Policy configuration and troubleshooting – regression. Creating and managing OU’s
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager services including Intune, Configuration Manager, Windows Autopilot, Azure Active directory, Endpoint analytics and manager admin centre
• Experience with Microsoft365 services/applications such as exchange online, Teams integration, Shrepoint online, Office applications and eDiscovery EOP and ATP.
• Windows365 & AVD
• Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills and experience with incident, problem and change management processes
