WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client’s infrastructure. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve producing technical specifications, managing backup solutions, providing technical solutions for infrastructure-related projects, and maintaining system documentation. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to nurture junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise. • Assist with the production of technical specifications and infrastructure designs to ensure infrastructure improvement and availability of systems
• Configure, manage & maintain backup and SAN storage solutions and vitalisation environments
• Provide technical solutions and contribute to the decision making for infrastructure related projects
• Proactively monitor and maintain systems and relative documentation
• Coach and mentor junior members of the Infrastructure team
• Contribute to key infrastructure projects and operational requirements

The ideal candidate for this Senior Infrastructure Engineer role brings extensive experience from an enterprise environment. You possess technical expertise within the Microsoft stack including Azure, intune, SCCM, O365, Windows servers, Citrix and IAM solutions. Your experience extends to configuring, managing, and maintaining enterprise patching & security systems. You have been involved in data centre related projects. Moreover, you demonstrate leadership capabilities through your ability to mentor and train junior team members.

• 5+ years of experience working in an enterprise environment with technical expertise within the Microsoft stack including Azure, intune, SCCM, O365, Windows servers, Citrix and IAM solutions
• Experience configuring, managing, and maintaining enterprise patching & security systems
• Expertise in data centre related projects
• Leadership capabilities including mentoring and training to junior team members of the wider infrastructure team
