Description:

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to work within the public sector. Location: Hybrid working - East Kilbride About the role: You will be responsible for the investigation, root cause analysis and resolution of incidents and problems that are escalated from 1st and 2nd line support teams. Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will hold Active SC clearance have a proven Senior Infrastructure Engineering background, with the following skills/experience:

  • Experience of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) administration, including familiarity with Autopilot deployment and device enrolment, the ability to create and deploy applications, device configuration and endpoint security policies, operating system and application patching.
  • Experience of Windows and IOS end user device and operating system support.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID administration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience of End User device management and application delivery and life cycle management using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Knowledge of Linux and Ansible (Desirable)
  • Experience of Installation, support, monitoring, and maintenance of Microsoft Technologies such as Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, PowerShell, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Services, ADFS, Failover Clustering. (Desirable)
  • Experience of SNMP and Agent based infrastructure monitoring. (Desirable)
