Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our well established Digital Technology & Infrastructure as a Senior Infrastructure Support Analyst at Dorset County Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clinical and non-clinical staff to identify areas for improvement and implement digital solutions. The post holder will be required to work as a DTI Senior Infrastructure Support Analyst for Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. They will be part of the DTI technical support team under the direction of the DTI Infrastructure Manager. The post holder will be required to perform an operational role in the provision of DTI services and projects and will be required to participate in the out of hour’s on-call rota.
The post holder’s role will be to be actively involved in project work and technical support resolution / escalation.
Working within the Infrastructure team, the post holder will administer and maintain aspects of the Trust’s digital infrastructure.
The post holder will also be involved in the installation and upgrading of clinical and business applications that support the organisation’s key business functions, assisting in the testing of system upgrades as required.
