Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities may include:

  • Triage and delivery of Midrange Service requests and L3 Escalations from L1/L2 as well as assisting in technical questions that they might have.
  • Assist with Technical validation and QA process of the Service requests.
  • Assist customers with service request queries and the progress of their requests.
  • Identify and Implement improvement initiatives to reduce timelines of service request delivery and improve customer experience.
  • Document processes, procedures and standards for the run partner to adhere to.
  • Identify opportunities and simplify Midrange catalogue items.
  • Provide ad hoc support for Governance, Reporting and Operational

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management experience and be self-driven. In addition to this, your skills may include:

  • Experience of Windows or RHEL Operating System.
  • Understand of upgrading Windows or Red Hat Operating Systems.
  • Experience in automation Terraform, Ansible & AWX, VMWare Products.
  • Strong experience supporting and troubleshooting complex automated workflows.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow - Request, Incident and Change.
  • Reporting tool knowledge ( Power BI) are desirable.
  • Working collaboratively with partners, delivery teams and customers
