Responsibilities:

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

The senior insight exec is responsible for supporting on the day to day management and smooth running of large-scale, strategic insight projects, and for delivering smaller, more tactical projects end to end. Working directly with clients and internal stakeholders youll be part of a supportive team of directors and managers working to deliver qual and quant projects that answer clients key business challenges clearly and succinctly.
Youll be enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and a keen multi-tasker. Youll be curious about people and keen to understand what makes them tick.
Youll have experience in an agency environment, and will be familiar with the management and delivery of qual, quant and multi-method projects. You may have a strength in one over the other but should be literate and interested in both qual and quant.

YOUR FOCUS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

With minimal support (if needed) you will:

  • Work with managers and directors to deliver qual and quant projects, keeping clients and internal colleagues updated on project progress
  • Design project documents including simple questionnaires and discussion guides, tab specs, recruitment screeners and discussion room content
  • Moderate focus groups, depth interviews and discussion rooms
  • Analyse data and work with directors and managers to create compelling, pithy reports that answer clients questions succinctly and persuasively
  • Write shorter, tactical reports for review by seniors
  • Present tactical reports / debriefs and sections of larger more strategic reports
