Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE

As a Senior Analyst in the People Analytics Development Chapter, you will be responsible for the support and provision of quality analytics on a macro level, which will see you involved in the gathering, processing, and interpreting of data to provide insights on the current HR experience within the Group and its Business Units. You will be creating repeatable, scalable People Analytics assets.
You will build items from end to end, including defining requirements, developing integrations and data flows, data modelling, dashboarding and storytelling with data.

SOME OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Supporting the Group in building and providing relevant people insights (these may need to be built or leverage existing solutions)
  • Partnering with key stakeholder groups to build out people reporting solutions
  • Developing, monitoring, and maintaining systems and processes
  • Identifying opportunities to automate processes using any tools at your disposal, including the Microsoft Power suite (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate) and Python
  • Understanding the people related data sets across the Group
  • Creating and running SQL database queries
  • Dashboard design, build and maintenance (Tableau, Power BI etc.)
