  Our client is looking for a Senior Insolvency and/ or Commercial Litigation Lawyer with at least 7 years experience to lead and grow the thriving insolvency practice. The firm has a stunning office in Bondi Junction and a team of qualified professionals servicing both national and smaller commercial clients. They have a reputation for achieving results, offering commercially astute, tailored and cost-effective solutions for their clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of Insolvency and/or commercial litigation experience;
• Highly developed skills in general dispute work in NSW and Federal Courts, including bankruptcy and insolvency, contract disputes, debt recovery and mercantile work;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Enjoy a challenge and be ready to take on a leadership role;
• Love the pace and strategic side of litigation.

In this firm, you will enjoy the hands-on nature of your work, dealing directly with your commercial clients and working with them to achieve their outcomes.
