Senior Integrated Absence Management Specialist - Accommodations \Remote - Most states eligible
The Sr. Integrated Absence Management Specialist - Accommodation will process both complex and routine accommodation cases, facilitate interactive process discussions, guide and determine accommodation options and assist leaders with facilitating caregiver return to work following written guidelines, policies and procedures pursuant to ADA and other statutory regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• 3 years - Disability Management, ADA Accommodations, Workers’ Compensation, Vocational Rehabilitation or other relevant experience
• 3 years - Experience with managing sensitive and confidential information such as medical confidentiality (protected health information), HIPAA, or other legally-protected information

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree - Business Administration, Human Resources, Legal Studies or equivalent combination of education and experience
