Senior Integrated Absence Management Specialist - STD \Remote-Most states eligible\
The Senior Integrated Absence Management Specialist - STD is an experienced professional, operating under general supervisor of a manager and adjudicates/administers leave and disability cases under federal, state and municipal rules/regulations and in collaboration with organizational policies & procedures. This role is responsible for both complex and routine leave and disability case management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 3 years Adjudication and administration of paid leave plans, FMLA and paid family leave plan cases
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4 years Adjudication and administration of paid leave plans, FMLA and paid family leave plan cases in a carrier or self-administered employer environment
