We are seeking a Senior Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) Engineer to join our ANZ team in either Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Wellington.
As a Senior Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) Engineer you will apply standards and a best practice approach to the delivery of ITS projects. You will prepare and support project lifecycle documents for major ITS projects including proposals, concept designs, detailed designs, and operations and maintenance documents. You will also be required to provide technical input and expertise on a variety of ITS projects.
In this role, you will support the development of ITS detailed design packages in major infrastructure projects and be accountable for the development and implementation of Systems Engineering documentation. You will proactively build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Relevant Tertiary Engineering Degree or similar.
• Prior ITS infrastructure project experience.
• Experience developing Detailed Design documentation.
• Understanding and experience in the ITS project lifecycle.
• High level of experience in technical report writing.
• Experience in Electrical Controls and Telecommunications network design.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Understanding of civil design at a coordination level.
• Traffic Control Signals design experience desirable.
• Road Lighting design experience desirable.
