JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Interior Designer to join our team, specializing in luxury residential and hospitality projects. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for developing design concepts, creating detailed documentation, and collaborating with the project team from conception to project completion.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury residential and hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup and other design software.
• Demonstrated aesthetic sensibilities and understanding of interior specifications.
• A strong portfolio showcasing work in the hospitality and residential sectors.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Develop innovative design concepts for luxury residential and hospitality projects.
• Create detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Collaborate with designer, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is realised.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Lead client presentations and meetings, providing expert guidance and maintaining strong relationships.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in design and technology.
