Victorian Health Building Authority The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government’s multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. Our diverse projects span the health, mental health and aged care portfolios across metropolitan, regional and rural settings and ambulance branches across Victoria. VHBA also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines. The Senior IC Advisor role works across VHBA providing high quality internal communications advice and services. The role also jointly provides employee engagement and IC support for internal projects and change initiatives, leading IC across multiple channels to promote an awareness culture.
The perfect candidate is creative, motivated and has great people skills to draw out information from a diverse range of stakeholders. With a strong attention to detail, organisational awareness, this role seeks a candidate with great writing skills, employee event management experience, and who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders to drive great IC outcomes.
