JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Senior International Trade Compliance Manager is responsible for supporting the global export and sanctions compliance programs, including U.S. export licensing support. As a Senior ITC Manager, you will advise GE HealthCare operations on all aspects of trade compliance. You will coordinate closely with regional business partners and with other ITC team members to ensure that trade compliance policies, procedures and training are implemented that conform to the enterprise standard. You will represent ITC on cross-functional teams and will ensure coordination on trade compliance matters across the regions and product modalities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in International Trade Compliance or related experience.
Responsibilities:
- The international trade compliance team counsels GE HealthCare on global export control and sanctions requirements, applies for governmental export licenses, and provides compliance advice and oversight for international trade activities on a global basis.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the operational teams to ensure compliance with US, EU and global export controls and sanctions.
- Work closely with the business teams to coordinate exports against licenses with operational teams.
- Proactively identify and communicate impacts of changing trade compliance regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with and advise business functions on trade compliance issues related to various manufacturing, supply chain and service projects.
- Work with ITC team members and various business functions to develop, document and implement export compliance policies and procedures.
- Identify areas of ITC risk and ensure that any necessary corrective actions are implemented.
