Description:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- PSIRA Grade A
- Grade 12
- 6 Years Management Experience
- 4 Years Investigation Experience
- Driver’s License
- Firearm Competency for Business Purpose ( Handgun , Shotgun and Rifle )
- Formal investigative Training
- Defensive Driving
- Computer Literate
Responsibilities:
- Investigate criminal and other matters involving mine employees/ contractors & Visitors
- investigate any other irregularities reported and or suspected.
- Provide written report and liaise with SAPS on criminal matters. Manage and are responsible
- Manage and are responsible for All crime reports and registers
- Assist with profiling and screening of all cases
- Cultivate informers.
- Keep abreast of industrial climate in terms of unions and strike actions.
- Evaluations/Assessments, and recommendations regarding criminal investigations and findings related to these incidents.
- Preplanning regarding observation duties to prevent/combat crime.
- Material control [exhibits] under the direct supervision of the Investigator.
