About the role
Role Location: Sydney or Melbourne
Role Type: 12 month Opportunity, Full time
To support the Head of Investment Proposition in the development and delivery of quality markets and investment solutions for ANZ Private. This includes strategic initiatives, client engagement and investment strategies to enhance client experience in line with ANZ Private’s Wealth Strategy and differentiated client propositions.
What will your day look like
Support the Head of Investment Proposition in driving strategic implementation, particularly with a focus on Client Engagement Model initiatives and executing efficient processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects and initiatives
Take ownership of special projects that push boundaries and foster personal and professional growth, demonstrating adaptability and a positive attitude
Manage and prioritise multiple projects across various streams, ensuring timely delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, to drive collaboration and project success
Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, overseeing project documentation, roadmaps, and milestones, and ensuring effective project tracking and reporting
Utilise PowerPoint to create compelling presentations that effectively communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders
Conduct data analysis using Excel, interpreting and communicating findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, supporting informed decision-making
What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have skills, knowledge and experience in the following:
Extensive industry experience demonstrating a thorough understanding of investment solutions for HNW clients
Essential experience in wealth management or private banking, with a deep understanding of client needs and preferences
Tertiary/ post graduate qualifications in business/ finance
Frontline client interaction experience is desirable, a strong foundation in consulting principles is also valued
Strong advisory, consulting and negotiation skills as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in crafting professional and compelling presentation decks to effectively communicate, engage and persuade stakeholders
Ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure and manage multiple activities in accordance with business requirements and timeline
Demonstrated ability to design organisational change initiatives through effective communication and strategic implementation
Skilled in developing engagement model processes and artifacts autonomously, with a keen eye for detail and stakeholder impact
Resilient, fast paced with a strong growth mindset
Proactively engages in various tasks and responsibilities, displaying adaptability and versatility
Ability to Identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies, agreeing appropriate risk responses
