Main responsibilities / The Role
As our Senior Investor Relations Manager, you will play a vital role managing the relationship between CapMan, shareholders, investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. Providing information about financial results, strategy, and outlook, as well as answering questions. You will partner with the CapMan upper management and finance team to craft and execute effective communication plans that showcase the company’s financial performance and growth prospects.

Your key responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly financial reports, crafting key messages and storyline, drafting press releases, creating PowerPoint presentations for webinars with easily digestible key pages, and developing manuscripts and Q&A materials.
• Develop annual reports, encompassing key messages, storyline, press releases, easily comprehensible PowerPoint presentations for webinar key pages, manuscripts, and Q&A materials.
• Annual report
• Annual General meeting and webinar
• Sustainability reporting
• Investments sustainability report
• General reports and updates
• Build analyst relations
• Capital Market Day
• Writing speeches for CEO
• Shareholder web site
• CapMan general ppt and equity story
• Developing and implementing publicity strategies
• Stock exchange releases and general releases regarding transactions and funds
• Media relations
• Media monitoring related to CapMan and the industry
• Crisis management and communication

Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role we believe that you recognize yourself in the following;

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Public relations or Communication

Skills and Work experience

• +7 years’ experience as Investor Relations Manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to convey complex information effectively and concisely.
• Financial and analytical skills, strong understanding of financial concepts and be able to analyse and interpret financial data.
• Marketing and Public Relations skills, the ability to market the company to investors and other stakeholders through various channels, such as press releases, social media, and in-person events.
• Strategic thinking and problem solving, be able to think strategically and anticipate potential issues that may arise. You should also be able to develop and implement effective solutions to address any challenges that may arise.
• Attention to details. Be highly detail-oriented to ensure that all financial and regulatory reporting requirements are met. You should also be able to spot potential problems and take corrective action to prevent errors.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, project leading and priorities and ensure that you meet all deadlines and deliverables.
• Strong understanding of business principles and the industry to be able to communicate the company’s strategy and financial performance effectively to stakeholders.
• Understanding of capital markets and the regulations that govern them.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, and preferably Swedish
