Your tasks

We are looking for you to support us as Senior Investor Relations Manager (m/f/d). Your tasks in this role will focus on:

  • Being a competent and trusted advisor to top management on topics related to financial communications, such as conducting in-depth analysis on market valuation, monitoring the perception of the Company in capital markets and understanding the regulatory environment for the company’s securities
  • Chief responsibility for the crafting, refinement and communicating the Company’s comprehensive equity story (strategy, markets, products, financial performance, etc.) to investors and analysts
  • Close collaboration with internal colleagues to prepare internal and external communications (i.e. financial reports, press releases, etc.), primarily Corporate Communications, Accounting, Controlling, Finance & Treasury, Legal, M&A
  • Organization and execution of capital market communications such as conference calls, ad-hoc announcements, investor days, conferences, roadshows and in-house meetings

Your profile

  • Academic degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or comparable qualification
  • Work experience in one or multiple of the following activities: strategic and financial analysis, sales and marketing, business management, stakeholder communication
  • Finance-related qualifications (i.e. CFA, CEFA, etc.) desirable
  • ESG affinity desireable
  • Business fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Track record of gaining visibility and building trust with senior management as well as across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Ability to organize, coordinate and motivate diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to write polished prose and to present with confidence to small and large audiences
  • Proficient in analyzing business and financial subjects to produce actionable insights
  • Strong service orientation to create value for Continental and its stakeholders
  • Capacity to quickly recognize shortcomings, learn and adapt to dynamic situations
