Description:

Hutcheon Mearns have engaged with our global oil services client to recruit a Senior Invoice Resolution Clerk. This full-time, 12-month contract role will be based in Westhill and is suited to candidates with invoice processing experience. Our client offers flexibility, hybrid working and an excellent benefits package.
The Senior Invoice Resolution Clerk sits within the Accounts Payable Department and will be responsible for processing a very high volume of invoices and expenses.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the AP Team Lead with the day-to-day management of the AP team’s workload
  • Reviewing and approving weekly payment files
  • Raising weekly manual payment requests
  • Acting as a point of escalation within the AP team for queries from the business/suppliers

Skills and Experience:

  • Good level of general education with previous Accounts Payable Experience
  • Experience using SAP/VIM/Concur (desirable)
  • Supervisory experience of a small team (desirable)
  • Friendly, enthusiastic team participant with a positive work ethic
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
