Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce or Combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience)
- 5 years Application design, implementation and/or maintenance of Automation in large scale Enterprise Systems
- 2 years Demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified in Microsoft Power Platform
- 4-year experience with developing and maintaining dashboards, including designing visuals and metrics, data visualization, and analytics to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement using Power Automate/ Power BI
- Experience with MS SQL server BI Stack, mainly T-SQL, Power BI and DAX
- Experience with common data services, data connectors, and APIs.
- Experience working with Modern UX technologies like HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript
- Experience with Microsoft Azure platform and service (Power BI, Flow, Cortana, etc.)Experience with AI/ML, RPA via UiPath/PowerApps & Embedded AI within Oracle, UKG Pro WFM or other ERP products will be considered as a strong asset
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams and good stakeholder management skills.
- Azure Databricks and Python (AI/ML) experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, including designing visuals and metrics, data visualization, and analytics to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement using Power Automate/ Power BI.
- Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Enhance business processes through development of Canvas Power Apps.
- Write and optimize T-SQL queries and stored procedures that will be used as data import sources in Power BI
- Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies to support data-driven decision-making.
- Be able to analyze data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making
