Description:

Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on recruitment progress and address any concerns.
You must be comfortable when engaging with C-Level executives and have the ability and personality to build strong and lasting relationships.
Account Development
You will be required to identify opportunities to expand our services within existing client accounts allocated to you.
You will also collaborate with clients to understand their long-term staffing goals and align services accordingly.
Recruitment Coordination
You will work closely with the Recruitment team to ensure a thorough understanding of client resourcing requirements.
You will coordinate the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
You will maintain a high-touch engagement profile with our consultants to ensure that their work aspirations are met, and that the Consultant responsibilities are in line with the specifications presented while ensuring that the Consultant is meeting the Client Delivery expectations.
Performance Metrics
In collaboration with the iLaunch management team, you will establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client satisfaction and account growth as well as implement strategies to meet and exceed your own performance targets.
Collaboration
You will be required to work closely with internal teams, including recruiters and management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
You will furthermore, provide feedback and insights to enhance overall team performance.
Proposal Creation and Presentation
You will be required to develop comprehensive proposals based on client needs and company capabilities as required and to present proposals to clients, addressing questions and concerns.
Market Knowledge
It is important that you remain informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor offerings in order to best advise our Clients and to determine strategies to achieve and exceed your performance targets while applying this market knowledge to anticipate and address client staffing challenges proactively.
Matric
A solid understanding of information technology roles and responsibilities
Knowledge of the principal technology platforms and trends will be an advantage
Proven experience in Account Management within the recruitment or staffing industry.
A strng understanding of recruitment processes and industry dynamics.
Exceptinal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
An ability tomultitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
