You’ll be a front-line hero, delivering impeccable service that aligns with our client’s high standards. Daily, you’ll tackle challenges that include:

• Deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems with a level of service that surpasses expectations.
• Performing troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Assisting in knowledge management and incident resolution documentation, ensuring high standards are continuously adhered to.
• Collaborating with senior engineers to resolve network and infrastructure issues promptly and effectively.
• Preparing and deploying IT equipment at client sites with precision and attention to detail, ensuring every aspect meets the highest standards.
• Following change management procedures diligently, safeguarding the integrity of client systems.
