WORK EXPERIENCE FROM ONE OR SEVERAL AREAS WITHIN:
- Microsoft Windows OS technologies
- Active Directory including Azure AD
- Group Policy Management
- Scripting (incl. Powershell)
- O365 - Overall medium knowledge of O365
- Applications - Experience in troubleshooting applications with users and vendors.
- SQL - Basic to average knowledge about MS SQL.
- PKI Certification handling
- Linux/Unix OS technologies
- Monitoring (SCOM, Solarwinds)
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to 3rd line “Operation” for our customers on Windows OS
- Reviewing and enhancing established routines and best practices
- Automating relevant work processes
- Application Operation
- Contributing to solving tickets in Service Now
