Senior IT Engineer (Construction)

• Responsible for supporting the MIS IT help desk services.
• Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, Router, and Network Switches, etc.
• Liaise with other support teams and end users.
• Install and configure hardware and software applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems.
• Support VOIP, conferencing and mobile service request.
• IT assets and inventories management.
• Ensure proper documentation of all IT infrastructure setups, software licenses, and any software modifications.
• Design and conduct IT user training on systems under the IT Department’s purview.
• Continuously update technical knowledge and skills.
• Multi-task and comfortable work in a fast-paced environment.
• ITIL Certification or equivalent will be added bonus.
