TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Proficiency in Windows Server 2003-Current, Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365 Administration, Exchange Server, SQL Server, VMWare & Citrix, Data Backup, Replication & HA Systems, IT Security (endpoint, network, email), Firewalls, Routers, Layer 3 Routing, Managed Switches, VLAN, and DNS (including various record types).

Education and Experience:*
- 10+ years of relevant experience supporting and managing servers, infrastructure, and networks for mid-sized companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (graduate degree preferred). Experience in Managed Services, including IT management and automation platforms, is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Leading the implementation of IT projects such as system installations, migrations, and upgrades
- Working on complex support tickets involving cloud, servers and network equipment, sometimes in critical situations
- Performing root cause analysis for issues and applying preventative solutions
- Providing feedback and recommendations toward ongoing improvements
- Responding to system alerts and maintaining uptime of client systems
- Server and network device maintenance
- Working with third-party vendors and partners to resolve client issues
- Creating & maintaining documentation on client systems & processes
- Network design, implementation, and documentation
- Infrastructure planning, delivery, and documentation
- Working closely with the team for successful project delivery
- Effective client communication across project goals and milestones
- Provide training, support, and coaching to team members
