YOUR MISSION

Our mission is to foster a dynamic technology and operations environment in which the Senior IT Engineer (Operations) armed with an in-depth understanding of ITIL procedures, DevOps principles, cloud operations, and IT security concepts, not only meets current difficulties but also predicts and plans for the future. Our Senior IT Engineer (Operations) ensures that our operational processes are agile, secure, and fully aligned with the dynamic needs of our business through continuous improvement, strategic foresight, and effective communication, allowing our organization to thrive in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

• Oversee and coordinate external service providers for high-quality operation services aligned with company standards.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
• Drive operational excellence through process implementation, optimization, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Define Level-1, Level-2, and Level-3 support responsibilities and refine the operation group structure.
• Implement performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor service effectiveness.
• Enhance operational workflows and automate processes in ServiceNow and Azure
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement customized solutions, analyze data for improvements, define SLAs, and coordinate application releases.
