SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We are looking for:
- Knowledge and understanding of Windows, Microsoft Office, Active Directory and Remote Desktop Services
- Experience with Microsoft cloud platforms including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 especially Teams and SharePoint
- Video conferencing systems notably Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Client support and liaison, with excellent communication skills
- Excellent documentation skills / experience with document management systems
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic person to join our internal support team to handle and take responsibility of 2nd level technical assistance, both assisting our 1st level team on the Service Desk and taking direct escalation of incidents; You will have a knack for troubleshooting and finding solutions.
This role is ideally suited to an individual with several years’ level 2 support experience within the legal industry & interested in developing team leadership skills working alongside the IT service delivery manager. The position will be based in our Sydney CBD office with the opportunity for part time remote work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities will include:
- Key escalation point from the internal desktop team
- Performing regular maintenance and upkeep tasks on equipment
- Liaising with third party onsite vendors
- Working collaboratively with the internal team to deliver high quality, robust and scalable solutions
- Working closely with the IT service delivery manager on continual process improvement
