Description:

Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) seeks a strong technically minded individual that will join a team that manages key areas of infrastructure for NHS Wales . Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, Office 365, Teams, InTune, Teams Voice and Azure Active Directory are a few main service applications you’ll be involved with, so in-depth knowledge of some of them would be expected.

We are looking to recruit additional staff members into a varied and challenging environment. We require highly motivated individuals who can operate on multiple projects simultaneously whilst being heavily involved in developing, implementing and managing highly complex solutions.
You must be able to demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, while working in a complex and fast-paced environment
As a permanent member of the Identity and Collaborations Services Team, you will have the opportunity develop and maintain relationships with other IT departments and multiple teams across NHS Wales.
Expert skills in at least one of the following technologies, coupled with in-depth knowledge of least two others;
Microsoft Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
Microsoft Exchange Server 2013/2016/2019
Microsoft Exchange Online
Microsoft O365 suite
Intune Management experience
Broad Teams knowledge
Extensive PowerShell and automation experience
Office 365 setup, administration and management
Experience of identity management including Azure AD, ADFS and SSO
Clear verbal and written communication skills
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
